Michelle is a compassionate educator dedicated to helping all students reach their full potential. She believes in building strong relationships, encouraging persistence, and exploring every possible avenue to support student learning. Known for her analytical and strategic approach, Michelle applies her commitment to lifelong learning daily, helping students feel successful even when learning is challenging.
Michelle’s desire to never stop learning has led to her earning a Bachelor’s of Education in Biology, a Master’s Degree in Education in Secondary Administration, an Educational Specialist Degree in Elementary Mathematics, and an Educational Doctorate in Educational Leadership. Michelle has been published on ProQuest with her dissertation.
With 11 years of teaching experience, Michelle now serves as Process Coordinator, working with educators on special education compliance for the past five years. In addition, she is a Lead Educator, Special Education Tutor, and Advocate with Special Education Resource, where she has been helping students one-on-one for four years.
